Our Mission

Our purpose is to increase the effectiveness of missionaries and reduce their attrition. We do this by caring for the relational, emotional, and spiritual needs of Christian workers so they can spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ as effectively as possible, to as many as possible, for as long as possible.

Our Goals

	• Reduce the attrition rate of missionaries so the gospel can advance unhindered by the emotional and relational stresses of missionary life
	Help mission agencies improve the quality of care they provide their members
	Develop effective and sustainable means of care for missionaries, by missionaries, at the closest point of need
	Encourage and strengthen the next generation of those who care for Christian workers
